Key Features for Tech Companies

1. Your CRM, Scoped in an Enterprise Contract

For enterprise contracts, we deploy the solution to the customer's requirements

  • Out of the box: export registrations and attendance as CSV for your CRM
  • For enterprise contracts: a connection to your CRM β€” for example Salesforce or HubSpot β€” is scoped as part of the contract
  • You agree what data moves, in which direction and how often

2. Read API & MCP Server

Read your events in code, or run them from an AI assistant

  • Read API: one event with its sessions, speakers, sponsors and ticket types, using an API key
  • 60 requests a minute per key
  • MCP server: connect Claude or another MCP client to create, edit and publish events
  • No webhooks today

Use Case: Show your conference programme on your own website from the API

3. Modern Tech Stack

Built with latest technologies

  • Frontend: React 19, Next.js 15, TypeScript
  • Mobile: React Native (iOS/Android)
  • Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase
  • AI: Google Gemini 2.0 Flash
  • Hosting: Vercel, AWS, Cloud Run

Why it matters: Fast, reliable, modern UX

Pricing for Tech Companies

Free to start, then $19–$99/month. A single event can be bought on its own, $49–$999 per event.

The subscription plans are Free, Creator, Starter, Growth and Professional. A developer conference, user summit or launch event is bought per event rather than as a permanently larger subscription: $49–$999 per event. A single event uses the whole platform, nothing renews afterwards, and its participants add to any plan you already hold.

WebMobi takes 0%. WebMobi does not process ticket payments: a paid event sells on the ticketing provider you already use, which charges its own fee.

Q: Can we white-label the platform? A: Yes. Custom domain, remove branding, add your logo. Branded mobile apps come with an Enterprise Event.

Q: What's the API rate limit? A: 60 requests a minute per API key.
