4. Payment Terms and Billing

For Indian Customers: 18% GST applies to all services. GST invoices will be provided.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation Rights

• Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
• No partial month refunds for monthly plans
• Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans (conditions apply)

5.2 Refund Eligibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time customers only, within 30 days of initial purchase. Not applicable to renewals or add-ons.

Other Refunds: Service outages exceeding SLA (pro-rated credits), billing errors (full refund), feature non-delivery (partial refund based on impact).

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Data is primarily processed in India using AWS servers in multiple regions
• EU-India data transfers comply with GDPR requirements

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining on our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use Services for illegal gambling, fraud, or money laundering
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create applications that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Scrape or data mine without permission
• Exceed usage limits or abuse free tier services

9. Service Modifications and Termination

9.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with 30 days notice, terminate accounts violating these Terms, suspend access for non-payment, and update these Terms with notice.

9.2 Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription anytime, request data export before termination, and delete your account and associated data.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to Services ceases immediately. Data is retained for 30 days unless deletion is requested. No refunds for unused portions except as stated in the refund policy.

For International Users: Option to choose arbitration under SIAC (Singapore) or ICC rules. Online arbitration available for claims under $10,000.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

11.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration provisions, courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Export Controls: You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not to export Services to sanctioned countries, prohibited end-users, or for prohibited end-uses.
• Anti-Corruption: You represent that you have not and will not engage in any corrupt practices in connection with these Services.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.

• Language: These Terms are in English. Translations are for convenience only.
