Already subscribed and one event is unusually big? Buy the pack for that event on top of your plan. The two allowances add together, and the pack is spent first because it does not carry over.
0%
We take 0% of your ticket revenue. Always.
Your customers pay you directly, through your own payment provider. The money never passes through WebMobi, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of — on any plan, including Free.
We are never in the money path. Your attendee pays you, into your payment account, on your own provider. We are not the merchant of record for your tickets, we never hold your funds, and there is no split for us to take. That is why 0% is not a promotion we can withdraw — it is the architecture.
Predictable for a small business
You know the cost before the season starts. No surprise invoice after a good month.
We win when you grow, not when you transact
Our revenue comes from you staying, which means the agents have to actually work.
Free events are first-class
Most small organisers run free or low-price events. A percentage model quietly ignores them.
Processing at cost, itemised
Card and wallet fees are the processor’s, shown separately. We add nothing on top.
WebMobi takes 0%. WebMobi does not process ticket payments: a paid event sells on the ticketing provider you already use, which charges its own fee.

Marketplace comparison uses Eventbrite’s published US organiser pricing (3.7% + $1.79 service fee per ticket, plus 2.9% payment processing) on a $20 ticket. Read from eventbrite.com/organizer/pricing on 2026-08-19; Eventbrite’s rate differs outside the US.

Ticketing
Bring the ticketing you already use
Today: paste the link you already sell on and the button sends people there. Three deeper connections are in development. WebMobi is never in the money path — your attendee pays you, on your own provider.
Ticketing through your own payment provider — we take 0%

Paste a link
You already sell somewhere — Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, Luma, Townscript, a Stripe or Razorpay payment link. Paste the URL; we render the button on your page.
- L1
Embedded checkout
For providers on our vetted list, checkout renders inside your WebMobi page instead of sending people away.

Order sync (read-only)
Give us a read key and the agents see real bookings — win-backs, abandoned-booking recovery, and traffic attribution that isn’t guesswork. Read-only: money still never touches us.

How the allowance works
We count participants, not events.
Run as many events as you like. Every participant who registers counts once toward your yearly allowance, and nothing else does — no charge per event, no charge per ticket, no percentage of what you sell.
A participant is one person registering for or attending one event. The same person at four of your classes is four participants — this counts the capacity we deliver, not the people you know, and we deliberately do not try to match one human across your events.
- Subscription credits
- An allowance for the year, renewed on your subscription anniversary.
- Event pack credits
- Bought once for one event. They do not renew, so we spend them before your yearly allowance.
Hold both at once and they add together. There is no charge per event, no charge per ticket and no percentage of what you sell.
The same product at every price
Every plan has every feature. What you choose is capacity.
Nothing below is withheld from the cheaper plans and nothing is withheld from Free. The price buys headroom, and the things that genuinely cost us more the bigger you get.
In every plan, including Free
- Your website, generated from your own words
- The AI website agent that keeps it current
- Your events inside the WebMobi mobile app
- Registration
- Ticketing through your own payment provider — we take 0%
- A listing in WebMobi Discovery
- Community tools
- Your business blueprint
What moves with the price
- Participant capacity
- The meter. One participant, one credit.
- AI automation
- Hosted reasoning is the one thing we pay for per use.
- Team members
- More seats, more concurrent work.
- White labelling
- Your brand end to end, including the app.
- Dedicated infrastructure
- Isolation, on Professional only.
- Enterprise deployment
- Your own environment and terms.
The one add-on
Your own branded app
Every plan includes your events inside the WebMobi app at no cost.
This is the upgrade from that: the same events, in an app that is yours. Your name, your icon, your listing — people find it by searching for you rather than for us.
Published under your own name on the App Store and Google Play. Store review times are set by Apple and Google.
$999one-off
Paid once, on any plan and on any one-time event. There is no recurring charge for an app that has already shipped.
See it firstQuestions
The things people ask before they believe the 0%
WebMobi takes 0%. Paid ticketing runs on the provider you already use — WebMobi links the event to it and never holds ticket money. Your provider charges its own fee.
You really take 0% of what I sell?
Your customers pay you directly, through your own payment provider. The money never passes through WebMobi, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of — on any plan, including Free. The same is true of every one-time event.
Then how do you make money?
The subscription, and the one-time events. That is the whole business model. It means we only keep you if the platform is worth keeping, and it means there is no version of a good month for you that turns into a bigger invoice from us.
Which of the two should I buy?
If events are how your business runs — classes, a venue calendar, a community that meets — subscribe: one decision a year, from $19 a month, and Free to begin with. If you are planning one event and will not need us afterwards, buy that event from $49 and there is nothing to cancel. Buying the wrong one is not expensive: you can do both, and the allowances add together.
What counts as a participant?
A participant is one person registering for or attending one event. The same person at four of your classes is four participants — this counts the capacity we deliver, not the people you know, and we deliberately do not try to match one human across your events. Run as many events as you like. Every participant who registers counts once toward your yearly allowance, and nothing else does — no charge per event, no charge per ticket, no percentage of what you sell.
Do the cheaper plans have fewer features?
No. All 8 capabilities are on every plan including Free — they are listed in full further up this page. What the price changes is capacity, plus the things that genuinely cost us more the bigger you get — Participant capacity, AI automation, Team members, White labelling, Dedicated infrastructure, Enterprise deployment.
What happens when I run out of participants?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You move up a plan, or you buy a one-time event pack for the single event that pushed you over and leave the rest of your year as it is. Where you hold both, we spend the pack first, because the pack does not carry over and your yearly allowance does.
When does my allowance reset?
On your subscription anniversary — a year from the day you started, rather than on a fixed calendar date. Credits bought for a single event are separate and never reset; they are spent once.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, on every paid plan. Switch the billing control to Yearly and each card shows exactly what it saves you over a year — Creator $38, Starter $78, Growth $189.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Not yet. Every price is in USD and your card is charged in USD wherever you are. We would rather say that plainly than publish an exchange rate: a price in another currency has to be a price we chose, and a converted one moves overnight and lands on figures nobody would set.
Is the mobile app included, or is it extra?
Included. Every plan includes your events inside the WebMobi app at no cost. The $999 add-on is the upgrade from that, paid once rather than monthly because the work of shipping it happens once. Published under your own name on the App Store and Google Play. Store review times are set by Apple and Google.
I am running a large conference. Where do I fit?
Either door goes there. Professional on the subscription side, and the largest one-time events, say "Custom" rather than a number. Priced on the size of your programme. Includes everything in Growth, plus dedicated infrastructure, white labelling and enterprise deployment. Talk to us and you get a figure rather than a range.
What if I stop paying?
Cancel in two clicks and your site stays live on Free, your data exports in full, and your domain keeps pointing wherever you tell it. Your ticket money was never with us to begin with — it is on your own provider, in your own account, and nothing you do here changes that.
