Free to start, then $19–$99/month. A single event can be bought on its own, $49–$999 per event.
The subscription plans are Free, Creator, Starter, Growth and Professional. A gala, conference or multi-day fundraiser is bought per event rather than as a permanently larger subscription: $49–$999 per event. A single event uses the whole platform, nothing renews afterwards, and its participants add to any plan you already hold.
WebMobi takes 0%. WebMobi does not process ticket payments: a paid event sells on the ticketing provider you already use, which charges its own fee.

Q: Do you have special nonprofit pricing? A: Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and covers 50 participants a year. Free to start, then $19–$99/month. A single event can be bought on its own, $49–$999 per event.
Q: Are transaction fees really $0? A: Yes. WebMobi does not take ticket or donation payments, so there is nothing for it to take a fee on. Your own ticketing or payment provider charges its own fee.
Q: Can we accept donations through WebMobi? A: No. WebMobi does not take donation or ticket payments. For a paid event, paste the link of the ticketing or payment page you already use, and the event button sends people there. Donations, and their receipts, stay with the giving platform you already use.
Q: Do you integrate with Salesforce NPSP? A: Not out of the box — there is no built-in connector. For enterprise contracts we deploy the solution to the customer's requirements, and a Salesforce NPSP connection is scoped as part of that contract. Otherwise, export your attendee list as CSV and import it into NPSP.
Q: What about volunteer management? A: Included! Shift scheduling, sign-up forms, automated reminders, and check-in tracking.
Q: Can we run virtual fundraisers? A: Run the virtual side on the Zoom or Teams account you already use, with registration on WebMobi. A direct video-platform integration is scoped in an enterprise contract.
